Muk has been passionate about the yacht industry from a young age. He gained hands-on training in small motorboats at Siam Maritime School and has valuable work experience at Motor Field Thailand. Additionally, he worked as a boat boy on the Bali 46, further deepening his knowledge of the maritime world. In his free time, Muk enjoys fishing and spending time on the water, reflecting his lifelong love for boats and the sea.

Paweena is an experienced and dedicated service administrator with a strong background in the yacht industry. With her wealth of knowledge and expertise, she plays a key role in ensuring seamless management and top-tier service within the company.

Yingsiri Sobsatian

Ying was born and raised in Bangkok and brings a wealth of experience to Primus Marine having worked both in the luxury industry and having experience also in social media marketing. Ying studied a Master of Science degree in finance at Lougborough university in the United Kingdom. Her skill set helps support the busy administration and backup activities which are created by the sales and aftersales teams ongoing business. In her spare time Ying loves to travel and has visited many countries all over the world.

Kosta Wolinsky

Kosta has worked in yachting for over 30 years having crossed many of the world’s oceans and been both Captain and Engineer on many different types of vessels during this time. Kosta brings a wealth of experience to the technical side of Primus marine and is adept to keeping high standard levels of maintenance on all types of yacht. Kosta has a natural engineering mind that anticipates problems before they happen and assists to keep all Primus yachts safe to go to sea with their crews. When Kosta is not working he actively enjoys surfing and more recently has become highly skilled at foil boarding all over SE Asia.

Rujinan (Rujji) Prime

Rujji developed her sales skills in the real estate industry in Chonburi where she owns a successful business involved with multiple sales and rentals over the last 10 years. Rujji Supports the Primus team at boat shows and sales events where her general sales knowledge within the luxury sector and her Thai culture makes sure to help the team with domestic sales to the Thai market and also helps with collaboration for clients that are looking to buy both property and yachts as an investment package. In her spare time Rujji keeps the CEO on the tracks!

Growing up in the maritime city of Portsmouth, UK, I was introduced to sailing at just 4 years old. From dinghies to yachts, and later expanding into powerboating, my passion for the water was clear from an early age. By the age of 16, I became a certified sailing instructor, and soon after, I broadened my expertise to include motor yachts and powerboating.

At 18, I took the opportunity to move to Thailand and establish a sailing school, where I spent the next three years honing my skills not only as an instructor but also in yacht charters, yacht deliveries, and powerboat handling. This experience gave me the opportunity to work with a diverse range of vessels, from sleek motor yachts to powerful sports boats, giving me hands-on experience in both sailing and powerboating.

My comprehensive knowledge of motor yachts and powerboats allows me to guide clients who are looking for high-performance vessels, as well as those interested in sailing yachts. With a strong background in both industries, I offer a unique perspective to help buyers and sellers make informed decisions tailored to their preferences.

Alfie Rowson

Phuket Head of Brokerage

Alfie has transformed his lifelong passion for sailing into a distinguished career in yacht brokerage, bringing a wealth of experience from competitive sailing and global maritime ventures. His journey began with successful stints in local, national, and international sailing competitions, eventually leading him to teach sailing from 2000 onwards, covering dinghies, powerboats, and yachts. A graduate of Watersports Studies & Management from Southampton Solent University, Alfie has a deep understanding of the yachting industry, further enhanced by his work in coaching both beginners and elite athletes on the South Coast of the UK.

Alfie’s career took him across the globe, where he played a pivotal role in developing the Beijing Sailing Centre into one of Asia’s premier sailing hubs. He then spearheaded the growth of Phuket Yacht Club’s sailing program, creating a thriving community for youth sailing. With over 40,000 nautical miles logged as a delivery skipper, specializing in racing yachts and luxury cruising vessels up to 100 feet, Alfie offers a unique perspective on yacht acquisition, management, and sales.

His competitive edge is underscored by multiple victories in prestigious regattas, including the Asian Yachting Grand Prix and the Coronation Cup. Now based in Thailand, Alfie continues to share his expertise and passion for yachting, guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and chartering yachts with the same dedication that has defined his career on the water.

Howard Prime

CEO & Co-Founder

Howard has been around boats and the sea since he was christened in a warships bell as a baby. He has had a long career in the Marine and Automotive industries having worked at sea in many places around the world, also in new boat and brokerage sales and managing large luxury franchised automotive businesses.

Having been educated in both the USA and the UK, Howard went on to live in Turkey and Greece working in the yacht charter market for a global company both at sea and on shore. He speaks a little Turkish and French and continues to work part time as MCA Master 200GT on many different types of vessels both power and sail.

Howard has previously been a keen yacht racing crew, competing during Cowes Week and other UK national regattas as Navigator on an X-99 with a highly modified prototype carbon rig. Many successful race campaigns have been achieved, including silverware presented in the Royal Yacht Squadron for a Cowes Week race, first place position.

Whilst Howard’s love for all things nautical is constant, retail operations have always been in his DNA and his career has centred around managing and developing sales / aftersales processes in different retail markets. Howard has a firm client centric approach which only accepts the highest levels of customer care.

After nearly 6 years of heading up marine companies in Thailand, Howard has overseen businesses in the Kingdom see a steady rise in sales, having personally sold over 50 new and used boats and yachts across many brands from 7 metres to superyachts over 40 metres LOA. Howard has also contributed to steady increases in Yacht maintenance services and Yacht care along with larger boats coming into Yacht management. Howard’s focus is to provide an unparalleled, high level of customer service. Ensuring any potential customer interaction will be dealt with in a swift and professional manner with the highest of attention to detail is always applied.

When Howard is not around boats, which is not very often, he may be found travelling in the APAC region to the many great locations that this part of the world has to offer.
